Continuing on our research of sound and the Arduino chip, we have created a musical instrument after a lot of hours spent on the comp version. We have called this instrument “The Light Wave DJ” and are in the process of developing a web site for it. What you will see below is a video showing the actual project we had in mind. It is basically an Arduino chip coded to receive input from 2 photocells and a Potentiometer and then use the variables to produce square frequencies that produce sound on the speakers. The speakers are assigned to play the sound one at a time to produce a looping effect.
